I highly recommend Oksana. When I was cleared to exercise after delivering my 3rd baby, I am so thankful I went to see her first. I have 3 children 4 years old and younger, pelvic PT has gotten me back to running postpartum without any pelvic issues. Oksana met me where I was, and she helped me work from there…even if I was not able to do my exercises every day. I knew if childcare was an issue, she would be flexible for that, too. I am so thankful I finally took that time for me, and I wish I had started before delivering my first baby!

Our Services
First Visit: Home Health Pelvic PT
The initial visit consists of going through your pelvic history and hearing your story. The exam may include an internal and external assessment of your pelvic muscle function. We use a holistic approach, as many areas of the body connect to the pelvis. There may also be a functional movement exam as we believe the body needs to work together as a system to be able to function optimally. FAQ
Can I still have my appointment if I’m menstruating?

Yes, absolutely! This provides a lot of information as your body goes through multiple hormone cycles which affects your pelvic floor. There’s valuable information that can be gained from doing an external or internal examination.

I'm trying to get pregnant, can pelvic floor PT help?

Yes, but we don't guarantee that you will get pregnant. If there are any pelvic floor and abdominal muscle restrictions, it can make it difficult for the body to welcome a pregnancy or allow for implantation. We can check for muscular imbalances or nervous system issues that may be a contributing factor to your current inability to conceive. Our treatment also often costs much less than current fertility options on the market while empowering you with a much deeper understanding of your personal anatomy and function.
